Parties and scope
These terms represent an agreement between Wellnessnutritionlabqy and the individual or business booking a consultation. Our services consist solely of non-medical nutritional advice, meal planning, and lifestyle education delivered remotely.
Booking and quotes
A booking is confirmed once we have accepted your request by email and agreed on a date and time. All quotes provided in writing remain valid for thirty calendar days from the date of issue.
Performance of the work and access to the premises
Consultations take place via video conference links provided by us. Clients are responsible for ensuring adequate broadband access, a working microphone, and a private setting suitable for personal health discussions.
Prices, payment after completion and invoices
Prices correspond to the rates published on our website or confirmed in writing. Payment is due upon completion of the consultation or delivery of the plan, accepted exclusively via cash on completion or bank transfer against invoice within seven days.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled without charge up to twenty-four hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations received after this window are subject to half the session fee to cover preparation time.
Liability, insurance and complaints
We maintain professional indemnity insurance appropriate for nutritional consulting. Our guidance does not constitute medical diagnosis or therapy, and any concerns must be submitted in writing within fourteen days of your session for prompt review.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
