Cancellation window
Notify us by phone or email at least 24 hours ahead of time to cancel without charge. Later cancellations may incur charges for individual materials already purchased, as outlined in the quote.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is available without fees. We suggest an open appointment slot within one business day.
Refund criteria
A full refund applies if we cancel your session, fail to deliver the agreed nutrition consultation, or cannot correct a variance from your written quote within a reasonable timeframe.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment receive a full refund if prepaid.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time remain chargeable at 50 percent of the agreed fee.
- If we must cancel due to illness or technical failure, you may choose an immediate reschedule or a complete refund.
Requesting a refund
- Send an email to our practice address with your booking reference.
- State whether you prefer to reschedule or request a refund.
- Receive written confirmation of the adjustment within one working day.
Timeline
Approved refunds are processed by bank transfer within five working days.
