How prices are set
The final price is agreed in writing after reviewing your intake questionnaire. It covers the full video consultation and any written materials promised.

We take cash on completion and bank transfer against invoice. This website never stores card data.

Invoicing
An itemised invoice is issued by email following your consultation or upon delivery of your meal plan. Invoices specify our bank transfer details and are due within seven calendar days.
Deposits and materials
We do not require advance deposits for standard single consultations. Multi-week programmes may require a 20 percent deposit to secure recurring diary slots.
Late payment
Invoices unpaid after fourteen days incur a late administration charge of 25 pounds.
